About Julie
Moving to over four different states in 6 years, Julie Atkinson provides a personable real estate experience. Julie attended Louisiana State University, and worked in commercial real estate in Atlanta prior to moving to Tampa. Having relocated numerous times during her married life, Julie developed an interest in the real estate industry as she found herself buying and selling so many different homes in such a short period of time. During this time, she learned the importance and value of having a knowledgeable real estate agent.
Due to her personal insight with relocation, Julie tends to specialize in relocation services with clients moving from out of state. She understands just how to recognize the right location and right home. With a mission of “making sure that clients find a home that is perfectly suited to their needs,” Julie’s enthusiasm and perseverance is evident. Her commitment to total client satisfaction through communication, integrity and market knowledge highlights her superior work ethic.
Julie and her family currently live in Parkland Estates, taking advantage of the proximity to Bayshore, the quiet neighborhood, and the beautiful Oak trees. Her favorite thing about living in the Tampa Bay area is the outdoor lifestyle and “the big city entertainment and activities, yet the small town feel”.
